Mockups will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Please allow 1-3 business days for mockup delivery. Customers will have 24 hours to approve or request changes once the mockup is sent. If no response received within 24 hours, production will automatically continue using the provided mockup design. Each order includes up to 3 free revisions. Any additional revisions after the third design will require an invoice for additional design time. If the invoice is not paid, the final provided mockup will be used for production.
